Pick up and delivery of the new tank. Disposal of the old tank at a recycling facility
Water line connections
Gas connection (for gas water heater)
Venting connection (for gas water heater)
Electrical connection (for electric water heater)

Items falling outside of this basic install include the following:

Gas permit (gas water heaters only)
Upgrades to pre-existing code issues if needed (electric or gas water heaters)
Items listed on the attached Home Depot pricing Sheet
Re piping gas, venting, water lines or venting connections required for changing tank size or location
