By providing us with pictures of the tank, this will help to establish if there are potential additional costs ahead of the install.
That being said we may not be able to determine some issues until we are on site. Upon arriving on site, existing conditions will be assessed before any work is done, if upgrades are required, this will be discussed and explained in detail.

One of the advantages of using Garry Richard’s Water Heaters Only to install your new water heater is that I will take time to ensure that your mechanical system meets current codes and proper installation practises. There are situations that may be the cause of current/future issues that could cause an unsafe condition. I will inform you in advance of anything that may need attention. I have also attached to this email a copy of what will be checked to make sure your install is safe, to code and done to the best workmanship possible.
